- All beer and wine delivered pre-chilled on the day of function
- Free delivery (outside of the Illawarra charges may apply)
- Beer tubs rental and five free bags of ice are included in the price
- Any other alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks of your choice can be supplied at an extra cost
- There is a conditional buy-back offer for any beer or wine not consumed
- All wines have been tasted and are of exceptional quality for each package
- A free magnum of French Champagne when purchasing Premium or Deluxe packages for a minimum of 100 guests

Stock must be returned to Coledale Fine Wines at a fee of 10% of the sale price.
- Beer must be in full cases only
- A maximum of five cases of beer can be returned
- Wine can only be returned for a minimum of 6 bottles of the one label. This is capped at a maximum of 12 bottles of the one label
- Stock must be returned to Coledale Fine Wines
- Notification of any returns must be emailed prior to any returns being accepted to: michael@coledalefinewines.com
